Anjum Moudgil of Punjab won the women’s 50m rifle prone (T6) at the ongoing National Selection Trials being held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi.
The 25-year-old Anjum, who finished just outside the podium spots in the women’s 10m air rifle (T7) on Wednesday, shot a score of 619.4 in prone to finish 0.5 point ahead of former World Champion Tejaswini Sawant (618.9) of Maharashtra.
Priyanka Roy of SSB shot 617.2 to finish third in a field of 86 shooters.
In the junior event, Ayushi Poddar of West Bengal took the top spot with a score of 614.0. Nischal of Haryana shot 612.2 for the second place while another Haryana shooter Shirin Godara was third with 611.8.
